The Vidmate App on the Samsung Epic

With the recent Vidmate App being launched by Google it is evident that there is going to be a shift in how we use our mobile phones and how we view videos. There was a time when video sites like YouTube and Vimeo just happened to be the only place to go to download videos on the mobile. The problem with this is that you were always sharing the same quality files from one site to the other and there was no real control over the quality of the video. This was especially true when it came to high definition (HD) video files.

The advent of the Vidmate App on my android phone allowed me to easily download my favorite videos and then watched them on my pc without any problems. The only thing I had to remember is to make sure the videos I downloaded weren't too big to begin with as if they were the same size as the original there would be a lot of bling-bling going on my phone. The Vidmate App worked perfectly on my Samsung Epic and provided me with crystal clear HD quality video playback. I can clearly say that the quality of the video on the computer and the phone was amazingly similar.

One other great thing about the Vidmate App is that it allows me to search for my favorite websites that offer free to air live TV online without having to leave the comfort of my own home. It's really nice to have access to all the websites that I love without ever leaving my couch. I have found the layout of the app extremely easy to use and has made watching live TV on my pc a much more pleasurable experience. I am already looking forward to the new videos that come out on my vidmate blog. I am sure that the more popular these videos become the more people will be able to view them and therefore increase the amount of views on my blog as well.
